For the top we used a short sleeve white T-shirt with the wording "I'm the birthday girl,appliqued on it ,using pink polka dots fabric

the skirt is super twirly,and a colorful cupcake print was used ,mixed with yellow and blue

It has a pettycoat attached to it ,finished with a ruffled made with pink polka dots.
